Welcome to MeCrystal Network. By accessing or playing on our Minecraft server, you agree to abide by the following Terms of Service (ToS) and Privacy Policy established by our organization.

0. Official Language Requirements

- The official language of the MeCrystal Network is English. English must be used as the official language within the server and across the website.

- Players and users are requested to refrain from using other languages as much as possible on the server and its related platforms.

- Strict Ban: The use of languages from prohibited countries (for example, Japanese) is strictly banned under all circumstances.

Part 1: Terms of Service

1. Prohibited Conduct

To ensure a safe environment for everyone, the following actions are strictly prohibited on the MeCrystal Network:

Griefing or trolling other players.
Spamming in the chat.
Hacking, exploiting, or launching any form of cyberattack against the server or its players (including, but not limited to, DDoS attacks).
Using cheat clients or similar modifications (e.g., fly hacks).
Using X-ray resource packs, mods, or any similar unfair advantages.
Using discriminatory language. All players are obligated to ensure a fun and welcoming environment for everyone.
Engaging in any conduct deemed inappropriate by the server administration.

2. Support & Enforcement

No Support Guarantee:
As a general rule, our organization does not provide player support or assistance.

Rule Enforcement & Punishments:
While our organization does not guarantee the strict enforcement of rules in every single instance, we actively monitor the server and frequently issue punishments. Our organization reserves the absolute right and sole discretion to issue punishments (such as mutes, kicks, or bans) to any player found violating these terms whenever deemed necessary.

3. Purchases & Refund Policy

All purchases, including paid ranks, are final. Our organization maintains a strict no-refund policy:

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
If you are punished or banned from the server after purchasing a paid rank, your rank will be revoked and you will not be refunded.
If the MeCrystal Network permanently shuts down or terminates its services, no refunds will be issued for any past purchases.

Currency Requirement:
All payment transactions for ranks and server services must be processed exclusively in USD or Euros.

4. Access Restrictions

Please note that our organization strictly prohibits and blocks connections and access to the server from Japan, North Korea, and Russia. Furthermore, accessing the server, as well as utilizing or purchasing paid ranks by residents of these banned countries, is strictly forbidden.

Enforcement on Paid Ranks:

If you are found accessing the server from these prohibited countries (or are a resident of one) while holding a purchased paid rank, your rank will be immediately revoked, and severe punishments (such as a permanent ban) will be enforced. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

Part 2: Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection

When you connect to the MeCrystal Network, our organization automatically collects certain technical information, including your IP address and Minecraft account details (UUID/Username).

2. Use of Data

The data we collect, specifically your IP address, is strictly used for security and moderation purposes. Our organization uses this information exclusively to:

Prevent and manage griefing.
Block spam.
Detect and prevent hacking, illicit activities, and ban evasion.
